E-Dublincast # 19 - Binary Life - Professionals in Ireland
How is the life of IT professionals in Ireland?
In this edition E-Dublincast "Life Binary" talked to a Beta Tester, a Database Manager and Freelance Programming. Each works in different areas of IT, different companies of different sizes and all put their views on IT.
And then pay well? How important is certification? Code has very dirty here? The deadlines are tight and Brazil? Asked holiday and painted a cucumber, you need to stay in business? It is true that the programmer only feeds on Red Bull and pizza?
Plugs his headphones and listen to answers to these and other questions that rolled in this E-Dublincast !
Participants: Pollyanna Mateus, Lauro Ojeda, Francisco Lucas and Edu Giansante

Hi Galera alright!
I really enjoyed the Poadcast, congratulations. I follow the blog of you long ago and the information here helped me a lot. I have a question regarding the visa of staff working with IT here in Ireland and wonders how it was handled this issue in hiring. I'm here in Ireland for seven months, I have finished my course and I will take the FCE. Makes four months I am looking for employment in the area and actually did a few interviews at Robert Walters Recruitment (working for several IT companies as well), Citrix, Solar Winds and many other companies in the same area networks. But even if my grades are perfect for the job they do not hire me because I was not the work permit. Ask me to get the Work Permit by myself and try another time, but do not want to get involved and do not guarantee me the job so I can apply the work permit for her. Frankly I do not know what to do to overcome this problem.
I am trained in Management of Computer Networks and am CCNA, CCIP, Cisco. I'm in the area of IT for 8 years and in the area of networks for 3 years. Was Trainee Cisco's own systems in Sao Paulo.
Thank you and Good luck to all
